Add on Therapy during session  . This advanced therapy uses Infrared + Near Infrared Red Light Therapy for stimulation of stem cells, pain reduction, reduced inflammation, muscle recovery, wound healing, scar reduction and bone health and much more!

+ | NIR+

When delivered within the optimal wavelengths and energy levels, red and near infrared light protect your body’s cells from nitric oxide damage, which can otherwise stop the cell’s production of ATP when you’re stressed or ill. Red light photons allow your cells to continue utilizing oxygen effectively by minimizing the absorption of nitric oxide. Only red light therapy can reach all the way into a cell’s mitochondria to stimulate healing and regeneration to help improve your appearance, performance, and overall well-being.

How Dry Salt Therapy Works

THE 3 FUNDAMENTALS OF DRY SALT THERAPY

Super Absorbent

Dry salt acts like a sponge attracting foreign substances along its path through the respiratory tract. The dry salt can be imagined behaving like a toothbrush that cleans the respiratory system removing the build-up of foreign elements that cause various respiratory ailments and conditions.

Anti-Inflammatory

Inhaled dry salt particles may help to reduce inflammation in the entire respiratory tract and widen the airway passages. A clean respiratory system naturally results in higher oxygen intake, increased energy, and an improved immune system.

Anti-Bacterial

The dry salt particles act as an anti-bacterial agent, dissolving bacteria and pollutants lodged in the respiratory tract. These are then either coughed up or naturally expelled by the body.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SALT BOOTH® SESSION

Dry Salt Therapy acts to cleanse the respiratory system and the skin, which helps to relieve congestion, inflammation, and skin conditions. Sessions are non- invasive.

Once you enter the SALT Booth®, you can sit and relax. You can choose to listen to relaxing music, read a book or magazine, meditate, or simply rest. You will find pure relaxation and tranquility away from your everyday stress, leaving you rejuvenated and fully energized. (Cell phones, electronics, and jewelry are usually not permitted since salt can be corrosive.)

The salt, 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride, is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the SALT Booth® where they are inhaled and penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli. The non- inhaled salt particles fall onto the skin and are absorbed.

When your session is over, you may notice a faint trace of salt on your lips and the slight taste of salt on your tongue. Any salt that collects on your clothing can be easily brushed off. A runny nose or increase in coughing means your body clearing out mucus and toxins.

Schedule Acupuncture Here

I USE ACUPUNCTURE, CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE AND OTHER COMPLIMENTARY MODALITIES TO ADDRESS A WIDE VARIETY OF INTERNAL HEALTH CONCERNS AND ORTHOPEDIC PAIN CONDITIONS FOR PATIENTS OF ALL AGES.  MY APPROACH TO PATIENT CARE INCORPORATES GENTLE ACUPUNCTURE TECHNIQUES WITH COMPASSION AND A STRONG BELIEF IN PATIENT EDUCATION. ALTHOUGH I AM QUALIFIED TO TREAT MOST DISORDERS AND CONDITIONS, I AM FOCUSED ON FAMILY HEALTH, ORTHOPEDIC PAIN DISORDERS, AND OVERALL HEALTH FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

I have been fascinated with medicine and helping others since I was in elementary school. I spent my formative years dreaming of becoming a healthcare professional, I just didn’t know which route I wanted to go. While attending undergrad I spent a summer in Southwest China in the Yunnan Province where I underwent primary studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on community health in cities and rural communities. I was able to shadow doctors at the Yunnan Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Kunming, as well as study the medical traditions of minority communities of Yunnan, such as the Dongba Shamanic Medicine of the Naxi People in Lijiang and Tibetan Medicine in Zhongdian. My passion for Eastern Medicine was IGNITED during this time. Pictures of my trip to China
